Participants are 100% advised to get an Oyster Card while in London. This can be bought at any Underground & Train station via the ticket machines. It will reduce the cost of your travel significantly by at least 60% sometimes.

Airports:

When arriving in London, you will likely be at one of 3 airports: Heathrow, Gatwick or Stansted.

Heathrow:

To get to the Venue from Heathrow, you must take the Piccadilly Line Eastbound to Cockfosters and change at Manor House to the Victoria Line And go Southbound towards Brixton. This will roughly take 1 hour and 5 minutes, so plan according.

Gatwick:

To get to the Venue from Gatwick you first need to get to St Pancreas International station. To get to St Pancreas International, you can take the  National Rail (which is recommended because it is much cheaper but will take longer). Once at St Pancreas International, take the Victoria Line from King’s Cross to Vauxhall.

Stansted:

To get to the venue from Stansted, you can take the National Rail (Cheaper) to Seven Sisters (Do note that National Rail in general is more expensive than Underground or Bus). Once at Seven Sisters, you can change to the Underground and take the Victoria Line to Vauxhall. Do note that you will not be able to use your Oyster Card from Stansted and will have to pay money for ticket.
